User Reviews The shipping from the seller was very fast hence the 3 stars. Unfortunately the fridge was broken when we received it. We plugged it in after waiting 24 hours(This is not something the company instructed us to do but it is highly recommended that you do so in order to let the fridge settle)and it made this loud humming noise then a "pop" and it was dead. We called Haier Inc. to claim the 12 month warranty. The customer service by Haier was GREAT. They asked us a few standard questions and gave us instructions on how to request the replacement. We had to cut 10 inches of the power cord off tear off the label with the model/serial # info and submit both of these items along with a copy of the invoice to Haier. They will send us a replacement within 10-14 business days. Hopefully we will not have to go through this again! Its not too loud and it keeps everything cold (or frozen up top). The only negative thing I can say about this product is that it arrived with a small dent in the front and thats just a shipping fault. If you need extra space for you food drinks or snacks - but dont want another full size fridge - this will do it.
